- Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the damaged or defective product, accompanied by supporting photographs where applicable.

2. Wrong Size or Color:
- If you receive a product in the wrong size or color, we will provide a refund or exchange.
- Notify us within 14 business days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
 - If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value or no be given a refund.


3. Change of Mind:
- If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Clothing and footwear must have all original tags and labels attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from this policy and are not eligible for refunds.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the items are returned to us safely.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and verify its condition.
- If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Timeframe:
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on your specific financial institution.

6. Exchanges:
- If you are requesting an exchange, please clearly indicate the replacement item details, such as size, color, or alternate product.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable or does not meet the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards and downloadable or digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
